By accessing or using Vayka Plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Vayka Plan is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for tourism agencies. It provides tools for managing accommodations, vehicles, tours, and creating personalized travel plans for customers.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each agency is responsible for managing their staff accounts.
4. Subscription Plans
We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Features and limits vary by plan. Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload (images, descriptions, pricing). By uploading content, you grant Vayka Plan a license to display it within the platform and to customers viewing your travel plans.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, upload harmful content, attempt to access other agencies' data, or interfere with the platform's operation.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process customer data on your behalf as a data processor. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses due to service downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vayka Plan is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
